Welcome to Chicago Police K-9 Ralph's Website.
We are sad to report that K-9 Ralph Passed Away after a long battle with cancer in April of 2009.
Ralph was a 7 year old Black Labrador Retriever. He weigh approx 90lbs.
Ralph was a Narcotic Detection Canine working for the Chicago Police Department, Organized Crime Division, Narcotics and Gang Investigation Section.
Although Ralph's primary training is in Narcotic Detection, Ralph has also been crossed trained in Field Searches, Article Searches, Tracking and Offender Detection.
When Ralph was working for the Chicago Police Department, he live with handler and Partner Officer Steve Martinez.
